What Is The Order Process?

- Discuss your needs with one of our brokers and lock in an order. Once the order is locked, the price is set. There are no cancelations or changes from that point forward regardless of market price fluctuations.
- Receive an invoice via email with payment instructions.
- Pay by bank wire, ACH, check mailed priority, money order, or Bitcoin through BitPay. ACH, check, and money order have a 10-day settling period.
- Upon settled payment, metals with ship out within 3-5 days.
- Receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.
How Is My Order Shipped?
Shipments are fully insured and shipped via UPS or USPS. On domestic orders of at least 500 ounces of silver, 10 ounces of gold, or 10 ounces of platinum shipping is free. On smaller domestic orders, shipping is $15. Contact us about shipping internationally.

Is There A Minimum Order Size?
There is no minimum order size. However, on domestic below 500 ounces of silver, 10 ounces of gold, or 10 ounces of platinum there is a shipping fee of $15.
Is There A Maximum Order Size?
There is no maximum order size. But on very large orders, we may require a deposit.
Can I Sell Back Or Swap My Gold & Silver?
Yes. We can buyback or exchange practically any bullion product whether or not it was originally purchased from Miles Franklin. We will confirm buyback price over the phone, email shipping instructions, and send you payment upon receipt of your bullion. Call for buyback prices.
